How do I place an order?
We do not take orders on the phone for security reasons. To place an order, go to a product page, select the desired quantity of the item, and add it to your cart via the “Add to Cart” button. During checkout, you just need to enter or confirm your shipping address and credit card information, then you can place your order
Which shipping carriers do you use to ship?
All Shipments are done with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
Tracking Information:
We also provide tracking numbers for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package. You will receive this tracking number via email.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders on sales@comme-des-garcon.com to ship to different addresses. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service.
Wrong Address:
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Change of Address:
If your item hasn’t yet been shipped, you may change your delivery address by emailing sales@comme-des-garcon.com. Please note that we are not obligated to ensure changes to the delivery address after the item has been delivered.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items are unopened in original packaging or have never been used

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or If you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Our Detective products return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is USD 0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is USD 0.00.
For your responsibility (Customer Remorse)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchased by mistake isn't needed anymore or if the wrong products are so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. You will bear the Actual cost of return shipping. The Re-stocking fee is USD 0.00.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
